These helpful hints will help ensure I’m able to do the best job possible when I do your quilting!
· Make sure your quilt top and back are square
· Remove any pins
· Check for any missed (unsewn) seams
· Trim thread tails and press your quilt top and backing
· The backing and batting should be at least 4” larger than the quilt all the way around
· I can piece your backing together if you like, but there is an extra charge
· I can supply batting, I have various types in stock
· No need for basting, I’ll do that on the machine as required
· I can do binding for an extra charge, OR just do the machine sewing on the front side and leave the hand-turning finish to you
· It is best if you add your embellishments (beads, etc) after the quilting is completed
